We all know what free email means. @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, we all have them don't we?  In our daly lives, these are perfect, we don't need to worry about them, they just work.

So why do you need a professional email?

If you were to deal with a company, and they sent you an email from a gmail or hotmail email address how much credibility would you give them, probably not much.

Free email providers make money by adding adverts into your email feed, or display banners somewhere on your webmail access page. They also have access to market to anyone you send an email to (check the footer)

FAQs

Do i need to a domain to have professional email?

Yes, you need to own a domain for us to be able to supply an email address.

Does my domain need to be hosted by My Craft Market?

No, your domain can be held anywhere (godaddy, 123-reg etc.) in fact, we recommend that your domain should not be managed by the same company that supplies your webspace.

How technical do i need to be to install my email?

We supply a comprehensive step by step guide to adding the records to your DNS, we will also be available to help you out should you get stuck.

Am i tied into a contract?

No, you can either pay monthly, or for a reduced cost, pay annually.  You can cancel at any time.

Is there a limit to the number of emails i can send in the next 24 hours?

In order to help prevent webmail accounts from being created solely for spam purposes, the sending limit for all new accounts is capped at 25 emails for the first 24-hour period.

The sending limit will increase over a two-week period to a maximum of 500 emails per continuous 24 hours.

As an example, let's say the sending limit for an account currently indicates 500. If you then send 250 emails at 5am, and another 250 at 10am, you would need to wait until 5am the next day to be able to send up to 250 more emails, and again until 10am to send 250 more.

Here is an approximate overview of the SMTP sending limit

If you need to regularly send more emails than your limit allows, we recommend using specialized services designed for mass-mailing. See our T&Cs for details.

If you exceed the sending limit for any 24-hour period, a notice will appear in the webmail interface to inform you of the situation.
